Neurowear has developed this cat ears that move according to the feelings and emotions of the person that wear it, this invention is called Necomimi (Cat ears in japanese, they have no a lot of imagination to naming, but well..).
Necomimi works with brainwaves, these brainwaves are catched by a receiver (that black thing on the girl's forehead), then are translated to a move.
